Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective products should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. Replacement requests are subject to verification. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for replacement.
